Clara D was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, personable, and went the extra mile re: WiFi connectivity for this new leak prevention device which was not Papilia's responsibility. The plumbing work was textbook perfect as comfirmed by the Town Water Department which reviewed the work because it involved removal and re-installation of the Water meter. The work site was left spotless plus the technicians used booties whenever indoors. Kudos to Papilia staff for top notch work.
