I had a difficult problem and the technicians who came out to help were great. Initially they were not successful but they did not abandon me and called for additional support. The gentleman who came last was able to solve my problem. He was very professional and extremely helpful with a kind manner. He made suggestions for the future and I am very grateful for his perseverance in getting the job done.
Excellent service. They worked with me to fix an issue with my elderly Dad’s toilet even though I live 500 miles away. Did great work and were super helpful. One less thing for me to worry about. Thank you.

John from Papalia came to switch out the water filters in our filtration system. John also performed a plumbing inspection. Both done with expertise and great care. John also was careful and removed the old filters. Thanks so very much, John and Papalia!!!!

Peta Stone came together with another young man and they were able to fix the issue with the toilet rocking. Peta has come several times to our home and has addressed the issues with success, cheerfully, and with skill. Thank you Peta!
