I had an outstanding experience with Theide Plumbing when they installed a new mini split in our apartment last October and it worked wonderfully through the winter and summer months. Their team was incredibly thorough, quick, respectful, and responsive throughout the process. Dave, the owner, demonstrated exceptional courtesy, and the technicians, Luis and Will, executed the job with precision. I highly recommend their services!
I had a small job… garbage disposal replacement/kitchen sink leaking. I live in worcester. NO ONE bc in worcester was calling me back. I had NO kitchen sink for 3 weeks. Talking to a friend about it, she recommended Theide. They came out within a few days… replaced the disposal. Took them about 45 minutes.. would have taken me 2 days!! (With A LOT of adult beverages ) . My house was a disaster … but the two men were professional and completed the job. Cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant. Very professional! I had my dishwasher replaced Theide plumbing came in and replaced it very quickly and they were very organized as well as responsive. Before they left they made sure the unit was working properly
