He fixed the problem and explained exactly what had happened and what he did to remedy the problem! As I told him at the time, if there was a 1-5 star rating, I would definitely give him at least 6! “I had new heating and cooling units installed by ECM a few years ago in the late fall. When spring came and it was time to turn on the cool air, one of the units had a minor issue and they came out and fixed it without any issues. Today, I had issues with one of my units and called them to come out for a service visit. While on the phone, they talked me through some steps to verify and it turns out it was user (me!) error.
