The serviceman (I want to say Joe?) was super professional, very mindful about the cleanliness of our house, and did an outstanding job. “Firsts time using New Era Plumbing and Heating called as my system was providing heat and I couldn't shut off. Connor their tech arrived and was super kind, respectful, and professional. He explained he would be doing a diagnostic test to see what was going on. Unfortunately he said it wasn't the thermostat and would need an electrician. First time experience was very good and will use them again in the future.
