They installed a new propane heating system for me a few years back to replace my oil burner system that failed - and a water heater that was due to fail in short order. In the interim, there have been minimal problems and, when they occurred, the response has been swift and followed by quick diagnosis and remediation of the issue. “Matt was willing to come out, was very responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly diagnosed and repaired both our heater and AC. He also Showed us the problem, and educated us to help make sure we do not run into the same issues in the future. The rates seemed reasonable. “DDM has serviced our boiler for the past 2 years. We recently had trouble with out hot water and they sent Jesse to come look at it. He came this week to fix it during the COVID-19 stay at home- and he was polite, efficient, and respectful. When he had to come up into the house he called to us, wore his mask, and gave appropriate social distancing. DDM has honest, hard working people and I know we will get great work and a fair price whenever we call them!“

“Today, I called Jay Moody(JM) at about 8:30 am because I had no heat since approximately 5 pm on Wednesday. Jay Moody called me about two hours later, stating they could fit me in. I was so surprised ( an impressive scheduler) because I had not expected to get an appointment at the earliest, until Monday. It was indeed a pleasant surprise, too, because the temperature outside was in the 30s, and JM probably was fielding lots of emergency heating calls like mine. I was cold, and my house was cold. I was beginning to start worrying about frozen pipes.I am so pleased with my relationship with Jay Moody because they seem willing to work with me in an emergency., and do a stand-up job, to boot.Also, I find Jay Moody excellent customer service oriented employees, are all skillful and knowledgeable of their chosen craft. Today I met Hyojan Perdomo who was so on time or early, that he almost eclipsed my reputation for being on time or early for appointments. And with my very first service call with a Jay Moody Technician, I had the pleasure of meeting Thomas Richard who nicely mirrors Hyojan’s as an absolutely fantastic person to have for an emergency service call. I look forward to my next service call with JM and company knowing my heating system is in good hands.“
