“If you are searching for a reliable, prompt heating company, look no farther. I was in the same boat recently. We live in a townhouse & suddenly found ourselves without heat or hot water. Being that we had a new hot water heater, it was baffling. But a friend highly recommended this company. I contacted Drew on Monday morning & he said, I can reschedule my other appointments & be there in 40 minutes. I said that would be awesome. It turns out that our next door neighbor had their furnace replaced the day before & turned off our gas by accident. Both of our hoses are located on the exterior of our unit but side by side. My wife told Drew there was something going on next door & he said, it’s not a coincidence. They should have knocked on your door & relit your pilots. He relit both pilots. He took his time & explained everything in detail. After waiting around to make sure both units warmed up he went on his way. I said, excuse me Drew, how much do I owe you. He said, first visit is free. He said that he came over to give me an estimate on a furnace but all he had to do was relight my pilots. His promptness & patience were outstanding. He was absolutely wonderful & eventually when I need to replace my furnace, I know for certain who I am going to call.Thank you, Drew!“
