Aura Heating & AC was a life saver when a system wasn’t working properly and the summer heat came on fast. From the first call, the team was quick, responsive, and efficient, getting things back up and running. The experience was great from the moment the representative arrived—right on time. The consultation was thorough and professional, and the team was transparent about pricing. The rep was friendly, patient, and never made anyone feel pressured. The staff was quick with quoting and answering all questions. When an air conditioner stopped working, the team was responsive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and clearly explained what needed to be repaired. The repair was completed efficiently, with no pressure, just great customer service and expert workmanship. What stood out most was their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure everything was working properly before they left. They also installed a mini split, removed an old baseboard heat system, and freed up a window AC unit. A+ would use again.
