What a great experience I had today. We set up appointment last week for Absolute to look at our leaky boiler. I spoke to the owner on the phone who suggested that I soak the area with penetrating oil in the hopes that the bolts would be able to be removed and the leak repaired instead of replacing the boiler. It worked! Needless to say, I was thrilled. I also had an AC unit that wasn’t functioning and I asked if he’d take a look at it. Long story short, a few minutes later that was fixed, I was presented with a very reasonable bill which I gladly paid. What an awesome experience. Thank you!!

Called yesterday, and Kevin called me back. We were having an issue with the AC in our office building. We had a tech out in the morning from another company that told us the entire thing needed to be replaced! Kevin however didn't think that was the case, and walked myself and my maintenance man through how to test and see what was going on. We asked if he would like to come out, and he was honest and said, do this first so you don't have to pay me for a service call. We did what he instructed, and everything with the system was fine!
