Cheryl- yes, a nice young LADY came by to handle maintenance on my oil burner - first time in 50 years that I’ve seen a female handle this job! 😀. She has 20 yrs experience which was great because my boiler is ancient! She did a fantastic job and cleaned up after the service. Before leaving, Cheryl also took the time to answer some questions that I had about my system. Everything is so nice and quiet now, too! Thanks, Cheryl! 😎

Thomas Coolberth: Energy Kinetics 2000 system. Mouse damage to Control Box. Thomas helped clean system and found site of mouse entrance. The entrance was closed. The air duct was cleaned.

I'm a holdover customer from the Dunn oil days. I was nervous when MacFarlane took over, but it has gone very well for me. The two Macfarlane techs who have done service at my home were outstanding. Very experienced, on time, efficient, knowledgeable. I have also had very good luck getting appointments and I like the modern text alerts they use to keep me informed and reminded. Overall, I'm very happy to have stuck with Macfarlane. In these times of shortages of skilled techs I like knowing these folks are there if I need them.
