“Today, I called Jay Moody(JM) at about 8:30 am because I had no heat since approximately 5 pm on Wednesday. Jay Moody called me about two hours later, stating they could fit me in. I was so surprised ( an impressive scheduler) because I had not expected to get an appointment at the earliest, until Monday. It was indeed a pleasant surprise, too, because the temperature outside was in the 30s, and JM probably was fielding lots of emergency heating calls like mine. I was cold, and my house was cold. I was beginning to start worrying about frozen pipes.I am so pleased with my relationship with Jay Moody because they seem willing to work with me in an emergency., and do a stand-up job, to boot.Also, I find Jay Moody excellent customer service oriented employees, are all skillful and knowledgeable of their chosen craft. Today I met Hyojan Perdomo who was so on time or early, that he almost eclipsed my reputation for being on time or early for appointments. And with my very first service call with a Jay Moody Technician, I had the pleasure of meeting Thomas Richard who nicely mirrors Hyojan’s as an absolutely fantastic person to have for an emergency service call. I look forward to my next service call with JM and company knowing my heating system is in good hands.“

They installed a new propane heating system for me a few years back to replace my oil burner system that failed - and a water heater that was due to fail in short order. In the interim, there have been minimal problems and, when they occurred, the response has been swift and followed by quick diagnosis and remediation of the issue. “Great job great company ??? on time the very best stay away from twin city fuel because Debbie terho is a Big fraud I hate people who try to stretch the heating fuels because I got fuel and it cost me my new furnace all because I went to twin city I had to replace my oil tank it cost my 40 grand when it was all cleaned up and twin City fuel will not cover the damage rollastone fuel took care of all my issues and I will be able to keep my family warm because of the best company ever going“

“Just had a service done on my furnace and, while I cant remember the technician's name, he was absolutely great. He showed me how some things work on my furnace and cleared off my sump pump hose caused he noticed it wasn't draining. He didn't have to do any of those things. Awesome service and a really great technician! Highly recommended!“

“DDM has serviced our boiler for the past 2 years. We recently had trouble with out hot water and they sent Jesse to come look at it. He came this week to fix it during the COVID-19 stay at home- and he was polite, efficient, and respectful. When he had to come up into the house he called to us, wore his mask, and gave appropriate social distancing. DDM has honest, hard working people and I know we will get great work and a fair price whenever we call them!“

“I would like to thank all the staff I recently dealt with at Croteau Plumbing.Donna, Sheila ,Joanne and Jim the plumber. I had a gas furnace installed with them about 20 years ago but never followed up with routine maintenance with them because honestly it didn’t need very much attention. I have a friend plumber who helped me as needed but he recently retired. Well when the colder weather arrived you guessed it….NO Heat. I called Croteau Plumbing and talked to Donna first and she sent out Jim the next day. Unfortunately for me they had to order a part but the following day we had heat again.
