Wilson Brothers replaced furnaces and installed heat pumps for me. They did an excellent job--they came out quickly, had a very capable technical crew do the installation, which went smoothly, and communicated well along the way. I spoke with 7 well-regarded HVAC contractors before selecting Wilson Brothers--Wilson was very fair with their pricing and very straightforward in completing a Manual J load analysis and recommending the specs for equipment. I recommend them highly.
We've been with WB since 2007 and have always received excellent service. Our h/ac fan motor finally gave out this week and Jeremy quickly identified the problem and resolution. He stepped through the troubleshooting with confidence and control in a tight space. Thanks, Jeremy!
Your tech, Jeremy, paid us a service visit today to find out why our 23 year old gas furnace was not working. He did an excellent job. He was prompt, personable, professional and knowledgeable. He accurately diagnosed and even fixed the problem. It was a bad control board and he just happened to have the right one in his van that fit our furnace. The heat came on right away after he installed it. We are so grateful for his help. The price was very reasonable and much less than what a new furnace would have cost. Also, your office staff has been very pleasant to work with, We will definitely use and recommend your company going forward.
