“I am a local Concord resident and real estate agent. I met Chris one of the owners of Concord Heating and Air at BNI close to a decade ago and immediately became a client of his. I refer them when I can and what I love is their honest approach and availability. They service my furnace every fall and they are there when we need them. Yesterday, on one of the coldest days of the year my furnace stopped blowing hot air. I called at 11am and by 3pm they were there and diagnosed the problem and we were back in business by 4pm. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and repair at reasonable costs.We then had Rocha help with our renovation project. He extended a new duct for our existing HVAC and installed a new heat pump. “Just had a whole house mini-split heat pump installed that required 2 outside condenser units and 8 indoor heads by Quality Air Systems. I chose them over a couple of larger volume installers and I couldn't be happier. With their very competitive quote , a $10,000 rebate from Massachusetts and a $2,000 Federal tax credit the whole system was relatively inexpensive. They spent a lot of time up front coming up with a placement for each indoor and outdoor that would satisfy us and maximize the functionality of the system. The installation crew was courteous and worked extremely hard to get the entire system installed in 2.5 days without disrupting our activities. We had the chance to use the system during a 2 day stretch of 90+ degrees and it worked perfectly. “I had my furnace/AC replaced today by J Dias Plumbing Heating & Cooling , (978) 649-0027, and highly recommend Jonathan and his son. Jonathan worked with me throughout the quote process (I got 5 competitive quotes) and ultimately I chose him because I liked his attitude and his price was the best by far. He didn't feed me a line of BS like some of the others and try and talk me into high priced service plans as a reason for their high bids. He's a local down to earth guy who according to Home Advisor and Angie's list is very highly rated. I just thought I'd share my experience.“

“Have used Baker-Whitney for 4 yrs now. Great routine oil delivery and annual check-up. Wanted to write a review since I've had to call them twice this past year; didn't have to call them before this year besides the initial and annual checkup. On one of my calls, she was able to fix it the same day; it was due to air bubbles in my pipes. Several months later, had to call for emergency service on Saturday. The igniter(?) part failed and the person came over within 1 hour of my making the emergency call. Service person was very professional and replaced the part.“
