Had a service call on a LAARS Mascot II instant on gas boiler for heating and hot water. It is a complicated beast. The technician followed a logical path and was able to figure out why the unit was not starting. The limit switch issue was resolved without a return visit. I was relieved and happy.
JT did an evaluation of our HVAC system at the condo we just moved into. Very thorough and professional. Reviewed the system with me and explained things to look out for and general maintenance to take care of. While he was here he offered to check out the plumbing system, which he found a few minor issues and took care of them right away.Great service and value, I highly recommend Monroe Home Solutions.
What a pleasure to meet JT from Monroe. He came to my house, arrived on time, assessed the situation, and did the repair all in one visit! And it wasn’t trivial; we had a mystery leak that was causing puddles in the basement, and he diagnosed it correctly, and repaired it correctly.
