I used Advanced Mechanical for a total system replacement a few weeks back. I was thoroughly impressed with Joe in our meeting. He went over several things that I didn’t even think about considering. This company did not try to upsell me; Joe was courteous, professional and kept the meeting to a level that I could understand. Joe took the time to explain the system, timeline to install and pricing so I had no confusion. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a total replacement and conversion to a heat pump. I have a radiant system with a Viessmann wall unit (Hot water and boiler). I hadn’t serviced it for a couple years because I had other companies come and had little confidence I was getting any value. I had a valve spring a leak and called AMS. Danielle arrived and spotted the leak and talked me through the repair and issue. She offered a cleaning for the boiler and i gladly accepted. She also walked me through the boiler functionality, a few improvements I could make both physically and to the programming. She was direct, clear and a pleasure to deal with.
