Quite satisfactory. Techs were surprisingly young but seemed to know their business. Showed up on time and finished a complete check on our propane furnace in just under an hour. I can ask nothing more.

We recently decided to replace the entire HVAC system in our home with heat pumps and mini-splits for both heating and cooling. I spoke with multiple HVAC companies in central Mass and the difference in the attention to detail from Four Seasons was very clear right from the start. Dave was very attentive to the layout of the system, not only to optimize comfort, but also to reduce the amount of construction and visibility of the outdoor units. He was willing to iterate several times before we came to the final plan. Four Seasons Comfort was recommended by several people to help me address an emergency situation, that my furnace that was damaged in an extreme basement flood during the month of January. They were responsive and onsite promptly. They explained my options clearly and worked with me to make my choice, a heat pump system (mini splits), a reality. Everyone was professional and kind. They are an incredibly customer friendly company, and that made a difference in a stressful situation. I highly recommend them!
