“Today, I called Jay Moody(JM) at about 8:30 am because I had no heat since approximately 5 pm on Wednesday. Jay Moody called me about two hours later, stating they could fit me in. I was so surprised ( an impressive scheduler) because I had not expected to get an appointment at the earliest, until Monday. It was indeed a pleasant surprise, too, because the temperature outside was in the 30s, and JM probably was fielding lots of emergency heating calls like mine. I was cold, and my house was cold. I was beginning to start worrying about frozen pipes.I am so pleased with my relationship with Jay Moody because they seem willing to work with me in an emergency., and do a stand-up job, to boot.Also, I find Jay Moody excellent customer service oriented employees, are all skillful and knowledgeable of their chosen craft. Today I met Hyojan Perdomo who was so on time or early, that he almost eclipsed my reputation for being on time or early for appointments. And with my very first service call with a Jay Moody Technician, I had the pleasure of meeting Thomas Richard who nicely mirrors Hyojan’s as an absolutely fantastic person to have for an emergency service call. I look forward to my next service call with JM and company knowing my heating system is in good hands.“

He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and repair at reasonable costs.We then had Rocha help with our renovation project. He extended a new duct for our existing HVAC and installed a new heat pump. He worked quickly within the contractor's timelines who was impressed enough to now be using him for other jobs.I cannot say enough positive things about Rocha. “Just had a whole house mini-split heat pump installed that required 2 outside condenser units and 8 indoor heads by Quality Air Systems. I chose them over a couple of larger volume installers and I couldn't be happier. With their very competitive quote , a $10,000 rebate from Massachusetts and a $2,000 Federal tax credit the whole system was relatively inexpensive. They spent a lot of time up front coming up with a placement for each indoor and outdoor that would satisfy us and maximize the functionality of the system. The installation crew was courteous and worked extremely hard to get the entire system installed in 2.5 days without disrupting our activities. We had the chance to use the system during a 2 day stretch of 90+ degrees and it worked perfectly. I would highly recommend Quality Air Systems for your HVAC needs.Service: Ductless heating & A/C services“
