Timely, expert and skilled service from Pierce Plumbing and HVAC. They installed a new propane heating system for me a few years back to replace my oil burner system that failed - and a water heater that was due to fail in short order. In the interim, there have been minimal problems and, when they occurred, the response has been swift and followed by quick diagnosis and remediation of the issue. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Pierce Plumbing.

We called in an emergency situation with no A.C in the record breaking September heat wave! They returned my call within 5 minutes and got someone out same day to fix our A.C! With two kids we are so happy that we didn’t have to spend a night without A.C. They sent a follow up text to make sure everything was working properly! Amazing customer service!

We had some water quality concerns and Pierce Plumbing was great to work with. They were able to get someone out the same day (without excessive emergency charges). They assessed our concern, gave me great advice and ended up completing a service quickly and professionally. We'll definitely be calling them in the future.
