“Our air conditioning went down in a 85-90° week. TAG was able to send someone that day! A young technician named Mario came. He was prompt, friendly, professional. He fixed the problem and explained exactly what had happened and what he did to remedy the problem! As I told him at the time, if there was a 1-5 star rating, I would definitely give him at least 6! Can’t say enough good things about our experience.“

“I had new heating and cooling units installed by ECM a few years ago in the late fall. When spring came and it was time to turn on the cool air, one of the units had a minor issue and they came out and fixed it without any issues. Today, I had issues with one of my units and called them to come out for a service visit. While on the phone, they talked me through some steps to verify and it turns out it was user (me!) error. ECM taking 15 minutes to talk to me on the phone saved me money because now they don't need to come out for a service visit and made me a happy customer. Thanks ECM!“
