Internal customer service can’t get management or the parts department to pick up Despite the warranty, it’s going to cost over $2700 to fix because the part is covered, but not the coolant lost due to a broken part. Feels extremely wrong to word the warranty so that it covers a part but knowingly exclude coverage of coolant replacement, knowing that would be the result of a broken part. Shouldn't be the customers burden. Shame!“

“We have been having problems with indoor air quality and mice getting into our house through our HVAC ductwork. We also have fiberboard ducts, which can be damaged if cleaned incorrectly. MMI used appropriate cleaning techniques and and cleaned all the vents. They also used cameras to find the points where animals were accessing our home interior and sealed them up. This will have the additional benefit of keeping conditioned air in the ducts instead of it leaking out into the garage. Matt and Alex did a great job and explained what they proposed to do and showed me the results. I would definitely use MMI again as I have before.“
