He gave us a good quote to replace the system but asked if we would like him to diagnose our issue. After some head scratching, he determined we had a short in the wire going to our thermostat. Tyler Peddicord showed up and looked at the system and was fixing it right away. He also told me about the system and having their service guys to stop by twice a year to service and check the system. We were very happy to have the system up and running again.
Southern Comfort came to my house twice to fix our Air conditioning. They replaced parts as a first fix, but the unit was beyond repair so we got a new one. The techs who came out, David and Tyler, were all friendly and professional. We got a text with a photo of the tech coming when they were on route so we knew who to look for. The estimate quoted was exactly what we paid, and they came in the time frame we were told. It was easy to make an appointment online as well. Would definitely use again.
