Synergy does maintenance on our geo thermal system every 6 months , always professional. Now looking at installing a generator for the house and had Josh Lovell come by to quote. Very professional , explained options well , low pressure. I recommend using Synergy.
Update: Had the generator installed today, Austin Goodlett and James Chapman were excellent. Very professional work, all trash picked up, everything put back into place, and swept and vacuumed. Very impressed.
I’m very happy we chose Synergy for our project. Not only were they able to install a generator for us, the owner Jamie figured out how we could add a much needed tankless water heater. We had already been planning to replace our old water heater later this year, thinking that we would have to tear up a wall in the bathroom to do it. The Synergy team got that old water heater out without a single thing moved. This made the project really worthwhile because we didn’t have to pay for additional construction. To be honest, we chose a different vendor, but Synergy's repair and replacement reps, Chad and Brandon, were outstanding. No pressure on sales, just really straightforward explanations of what was wrong with our AC and offered multiple options to get things right.
