Our first contact was with James, who estimated the replacement of our AC and furnace. He got the work scheduled for the following day. Larry, Will, and Ethan showed up on time and worked for 12 straight hours to get us cooled down. They were gracious the whole time and conscientious about working inside our home. Job well done!
Due to choice home warranty's lack of service, I ended up calling this company to get my A/C unit repaired and was to prepared to pay out of pocket. Our technician, James was wonderful. Literally a lifesaver. He told us exactly what was wrong with it and it didn't need repairs. He waited until the A/C unit was working again. He told us how to keep it running after he left. We only had to paid the service fee which was cheaper than choice home warranty's service fee. I hope we get him again as a technician if we ever need help!
