So, a great guy named Matthew fullard came over, worked on the unit, and figured out that I needed to replace the heat exchanger and basically figured out what needed to be fixed in prompt and timely fashion. We are going to have someone else come over tomorrow to completely replace heater. Just wanted to leave a good review. Very pleased with service so far.
