Hot days in KY can become unbearable, hot days in a home with a person with COPD and no air conditioning can quickly become dangerous. This company promptly sent (Jacob) a very knowledgeable tech to my house. He was “ on time” efficient and communicative as to what was happening to my central air. The air blower needed to be replaced. That very afternoon the office called to tell me it was ordered and when the tech would return to install.
