Randy of R & D Indoor Comfort was at my house at assigned time and fixed my heat pump within 30 minutes. He explained what was wrong and fixed it in no time. Highly recommend them. Thanks so much!

Diagnosed issue that replacing complete system, worked out details with home warranty company, communicated with for every step of the process, and completed full system replacement in 4hrs with total time from first visit to done being one week.They also went above and beyond by ensuring all registration, rebates, and details about the new system were done and provided to me.Highly recommend and all my future HVAC service will be done by R&D.
