“ProTech installed HVAC system in our new home in 2020 and we have had an annual service contract so they can come out to our house twice a year to inspect & clean the HVAC system. A few days ago our thermostat stopped working thus the AC was not working. I contacted Tonya at ProTech and she scheduled us for a technician to come out to our house. Josh, the owner of ProTech, came to our home and replaced the thermostat after doing a few tests on the system. “Jamie did a terrific job by finding out quickly a solution to our upstairs air, dual zoned system. While waiting for the part, he regularly came to the house to provide Freon to our system so there would be some relief during the hot summer temperatures. Communicated well and gave a timeline in which to expect the A-coil. Overall, very responsive, and explained all that was needed to be done, plus, went above and beyond to insure we were comfortable!“
