The company is well priced compared to other HVAC companies. Top Tier's technicians are knowledgeable and provide maintenance tips to help save money and extend the life of existing systems. They thoroughly inspect and clean HVAC units, providing before and after photos of the work. The company is highly recommended, with customers planning to use them again for their HVAC needs. Top Tier's technicians are polite, helpful, and expertly care for systems, whether it's for gas furnace repair, AC seasonal maintenance, or other services. Overall, Top Tier is a top notch company with tremendous service.
Jason came to our home personally and was very thorough with us about the process of replacing our old HVAC. He even supplied us with a standalone unit and a bit of freon for our dying unit before the installation at no extra charge. The installation was fast and professional. Our new unit has been working flawlessly since installation in the middle of June. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Justin, Isaac the technicians were extremely professional. Courteous, and extremely helpful. The owner Jason was tremendous made sure I stayed comfortable with my air conditioner down by providing me with a portable air conditioner until problem eas resolved. Extremely fast service, problem was resolved the very next day. Also extremely well priced compared to other HVAC companies.
