Finished ahead of schedule, on budget, with a professional, quality installation. Eric (owner) is very meticulous! He identified a potential factory defect in first new system delivered upon unboxing and opening the panels--he rejected it, returned, replaced, and installed a new outside unit the same day. He even went above and beyond--I have two outside units and the system being installed had a different pad than the other. When Eric returned the rejected unit, he purchased a matching pad to install--very much appreciated and looks much better. Eric and his team are a great company to do business with! Thank you!“

“We have now utilized Willhoite Service Company twice for HVAC issues (2 different systems). They were great. They were incredibly fast, professional, knowledgeable and more than reasonably priced. Both times were situations where they could have said the problem was a much more expensive fix but were honest and efficient. For the one repair, we were under a time crunch and they came through like champs, even doing the initial visit on a Saturday. I would certainly trust them. We plan to keep working with them for any future HVAC needs.“
