We have now used KATS twice for A/C repair. Both times, weather has been crazy hot so I know how busy they are but they’ve been prompt in getting out to see us and quick in fixing the problems. Can’t recommend more highly.
We are very pleased with the installation of our new AC/heater/heat pump. Communication was fantastic, scheduling was easy and they had great availability. Once the team arrived they were professional, on time and very friendly. They got the entire job done in a half day and were very helpful in setting up the new thermostat too. Pricing was very reasonable for such a big job. We can’t recommend KATS enough. The previous owner of our house used them exclusively and we will not be making any changes. They have been fantastic.
