We got a total of 5 estimates, some from very well known, name brand HVAC companies. Kats estimated several thousand less than anyone else and was ready to install just a few days later. They were done by early afternoon on install day (furnace, coil, outdoor AC unit, and pad replaced) and cleaned up as if no one had ever been there. The total bill was exactly as estimated on their quote. Great experience.
We had our air conditioning go out on a holiday weekend and KATS HVAC was phenomenal. Chris helped me work through one of our issues and was able to get onsite to troubleshoot our other unit much faster than I ever would have expected. Chris was very friendly and professional and was able to get our issue resolved promptly. We could not be more pleased with our experience and will certainly work with them in the future.
We have now used KATS twice for A/C repair. Both times, weather has been crazy hot so I know how busy they are but they’ve been prompt in getting out to see us and quick in fixing the problems. Can’t recommend more highly.
