Gave us some tips on how to keep it from happening so frequently. Very courteous and knowledgeable. I give Gunner 5 stars but Mr Rooter 4 stars just due to price. It was $380 which seems very high to me.“

“Myself and my sister used Lairson plumbing for years. They have always been bad about answering or returning calls. But my most recent experience has been absolutely terrible. I called them twice in a week to take care of an urgent issue, no response. Just to bug them to death and hopefully get a response i called them 26 times.
