Gideon was prompt and courteous. He went straight to work to find the problem with the AC. Within a short time determined the unit could be fixed. Had to wait a while for a part but once received he installed it and the unit was working again! So within 2 hours of calling GreenBox to inform them the AC wasn’t working, we had cool air again! Thanks GreenBox!
Matt Barbour was the technician who came to check our 1st floor A/C unit that was freezing up. This unit is 17 years old & it will have to be replaced. Matt made arrangements to have an estimate made right away, & we are happy that the replacement will take place in a few days as the temperatures will continue to be in the 90’s! He is efficient, friendly & trustworthy & has serviced our units previously.
Shaun did a remarkable job attending to my list of plumbing needs in a very friendly and professional way! He outdid himself replacing one toilet with a new one that just happened to be on the second floor! I would certainly recommend Green Box and their knowledgeable employees for all their HVAC and plumbing services!
