“Very impressed with the young men that came to take out and install two new units in our very small and extremely difficult to climb into attic space. They were extremely professional and mannerly. They kept us informed on every part of their progress. They even cleaned up after themselves. Did I mention the tight quarters and no flooring in the attic? “Our family has been using Georgetown Air for more than a decade. We used them to maintain our unit that we had inherited and then Mr. Riebel and his crew installed a 3 to 1 min split in our basement when we finished that 6 years ago. Those were brand new to the market at the time and we were wary of buying them but Mr. Riebel guided us through the process. Most recently, he installed a brand new HVAC in my office. I asked for other bids and once again, Mr. Riebel proved to know more than the others and encouraged me to buy a more economical unit than the other guys had. He is just so knowledgeable. “I called at 0800 and tech met me same day at 1100. Replaced capacitor in about twenty five minutes. $90 for service call, $40 for half hour labor, $89 for part. Very responsive and professional. Would use again and probably will for fall preventive maintenance.“
