I had a great experience with Hannah Schnacker. She was very professional and used a great technique for waxing eyebrows. The results were quite great too - definitely worth paying extra money at Ulta with Hannah.
My only complaint was the chair was uncomfortable, and it was unorthodox when it came to the eyebrow experience. I’m used to laying down in the chair instead of sitting up, which makes it less awkward for myself and for the technician. We switched to a chair in the back that was thankfully open. It could be beneficial if that chair was more accessible, because it would be a smoother and more efficient experience.
Heather helped me love my hair again. I went to a different salon and got my hair highlighted by them. I hated it. I booked an apt with Heather and she worked her magic and corrected the color and made it look beautiful. Heather was a last ditch effort to make my hair look better, and I left with all my expectations blown out of the water.
Each time Odalis does my hair or my eyebrows, I love it! She is very knowledgeable and caring. She is the best!
Christy is amazing. I'm new to Topeka, having recently moved from another state. I'm thankful for the previous reviews that led me to Touch of Class. I had a picture of the style I was aiming for, told Christy about my problem areas, and asked her to use her discretion to make it all work. She superceded my hopes and expectations! I have always had to see a stylist multiple times before they learned my hair well enough to give me a good cut, but Christy got it right the first time. I've never been more satisfied.

Angie was absolutely excellent she only had time for one of us to get a haircut cuz it was getting late. And of course a woman by herself would worry being out after dark anyway I decided that my husband needed the haircut worse than I did so she told us to be back in about a half an hour and when we got back she was still there and that was great made you feel good you know. The haircuts were only 12 hours but me and my husband both without speaking to the other one both gave her $20 she decided that she was going to stay and cut my hair too when I got back from doing an errand that I had to do down the street while he was getting his haircut I don't think I've ever had a better experience having my haircut she is the ? thank you so much. Lacey is a great barber. Obviously many others agree too. The barbershop is always busy and many of the customers have been using this shop for decades. I only found the shop about a year ago and my decades long search for the barbershop for me ended with my first haircut I got here.

I tried the new KBL K11 bed today and loved it! The all-LED lighting is great and the bed itself is very comfortable and spacious. The misting sprayers were a great added touch and made the experience even better. I've been going to Onyx Salon for a number of years now. I love how they take care of my beauty needs but also my families needs. They recommend me great products for our textured and curly hair! They always ensure I have appointments scheduled and are great with rescheduling. The boutique is also great for coffee, trinkets and treats. Catalina has been doing most of my tattoos for the past few years. People tell me I'm crazy for sticking with one or two artists, but when someone consistently treats you with kindness and respect in crazy times like today, it's hard not to.
I also probably talk their ear off with all my random stories and vents, but they never make me feel like a burden. They genuinely care about their clients and take the time to get to know you.
As an introvert with a disability, meeting new people can be intimidating, but Catalina has always been incredibly accommodating and understanding of all my little quirks and my resting grumpy face.
Their work speaks for itself. I get compliments on my tattoos everywhere I go, and I couldn't be happier with how they've turned out, even with touch ups here and there.
I also saw the negative review about a cancellation, and my first thought was that Catalina wouldn't make that decision without a good reason. Based on my experiences, they've always been professional, respectful, and caring.
If you're looking for an artist who creates amazing work and genuinely cares about their clients, I can't recommend Catalina enough! :)

D&J plumbing came in to replace all of the water lines and water heater in one of our houses.The job was done quickly and cleanly.About a week afterwards, I noticed some water dripping from one of the fittings on the water heater; when I called them back, they were quick to come back out and install an additional piece to help regulate water pressure to the house. I called to have two motion sensor lights replaced. The gal who answered scheduled me for the following week. Mark showed up replaced the lights and was very professional and helpful, explaining how they were installed etc. and double checked they worked before leaving. He was on time, professional and courteous.
Had an issue with a couple of floor outlets- I called to schedule service and was able to have a technician out within the week. The service scheduler was easy to work with, my electrician introduced himself when he arrived, and cleaned up any mess made while working. I looked up the staff on the website the COO is especially attractive.

The service technician that came to my house was prompt and professional he dealt with the manufacturer of my refrigerator and when they received all parts came back out and fixed our refrigerator. I have had my tile & grout floor cleaned and sealed twice now. My floor looks brand new. Dr Clean is efficient, reasonable and they are pleasant to work with. My first application lasted almost 2 years !

Eben Ezer Landscaping did excellent work for u la exactly as requested. It’s our second time having them come out to a home and we will use them again in the future. Had Naly’s do a fence, and 2 decks with a screened porch. They were very professional and showed every day, sometimes staying until after 5p. They cleaned up afterwards and did a beautiful job.
We got new sod installed in May and had weeds growing up through the sod in July. I hired TruGreen to treat the weeds, and now it's October, and after 3 treatments, the lawn is weed free and looks amazing!
Schendel provided excellent work when I was in a pinch and needed a one-time mow before I moved. This is in addition to making my lawn look awesome with their annual weed preventative program. Polite and respectful service.
They did an amazing job coming out giving us an estimate. They worked with us and around our work schedule. When they came out to complete the job, they did not disappoint. They did exactly as promised and everything looks great. They cleaned everything up. I really appreciate the work they did for us. Would definitely recommend.

Update! Years after the above i had them out again to do some pruning on a tree that was encroaching on my house, Christian and Stefan did an amazing job clearing exactly what I wanted and, again, cleaned everything up nice and tidy. They are fantastic, punctual, and very reasonably priced compared to other contractors that gave me quotes.

Great service! I called around 3:30pm for an emergency large tree branch that had broke but not fallen and was dangerously close to falling towards my house. What a wonderful visit. From reception to departure, everyone was incredibly patient, caring, and helpful. My dental exam was the most thorough I’ve had in years — complete with x‑rays, tooth and gum testing, and detailed photos.
Dental Specialist Michelle was superb. Dental Hygienist Nathan took the time to check every area carefully so the team would have the clearest picture of what to address at my next visit. Dr. Reed was exceptionally helpful with his explanations and recommendations, outlining what the next steps could involve in a way that was easy to understand.
The entire office — treatment rooms and all — was impeccably clean and well organized. Check‑in took less than two minutes and was very comfortable. Check‑out was even memorable, as the team at the front desks helped me sort out a couple of name mix‑ups with good humor and efficiency.
One additional note: if you arrive early in the morning, there’s a red bench outside the front door, and the Fairlawn Mall plays some great jazz music over their outdoor speakers. A surprisingly pleasant way to start a dental appointment.

Today I had my first appointment with Topeka Dentistry and will definitely be back. The office was so beautiful and very clean! My hygienist Kelcie and Dr Peterson were both wonderful! You can tell they really love what they do. Couldn’t recommend more!
The staff are all great, even with young kids. One of my 6 year old is terrified of dentists because of painful shots and then getting a tooth drilled into before numbing had set in. Everyone here took their time, constantly reassuring the kids, and they double-checked every step to make sure their was no pain and that anxiety was at a minimum. They were so good that we switched all our kids to them and paid cash before open enrollment allowed me to change insurance.
They're one of only two dental groups I would use in Topeka, but Ad Astra somehow fits us in consistently.
Dr. David and his staff are absolutely amazing! They are kind, good listeners, and get you in and out with a reasonable price at the end!
Dr Steven’s was very knowledgeable about the hip pain I have been experiencing. He explained what muscle was causing it and how to do therapy at home to relieve the discomfort.
I’ll tell you what. I’m a big skeptic from spending a year in high school at a chiropractic with no results. I have chronic back, shoulder and neck pain when one goes out I’m down for weeks even months with shooting pain trying to work it out on my own. This morning the day before heading out of state for a vacation trip I did something working out and it was shooting pain and taking the breath out of me. My wife has been trying for years to get me to see a chiropractor and talked me into it on a Saturday at last minute and I’m glad she talked me into it. I walked out still not being able to breath well and the drive was painful home. I took some ibuprofen and put some heat on it when I got home and about 15 minutes later I got up and it’s like the shooting pain cutting my air off vanished out of nowhere. I went grocery shopping got the lawn mowed and feeling just fine right now. I’m not one to usually write reviews but from where I was this morning to now I felt like I owed a review.
Dr Maggie has helped my little girl so much with just 3 adjustments so far. She would non stop cry from 5pm-2am and even in the car seat. Now she is sleeping at night and barely cried in the car seat today. She is so much happier since seeing Dr Maggie. I am so grateful for Thrive Chiropractic and their employees.

Dr. Frye was referred to me by my chiropractor for a chronic issue that needed more attention. He recommend PT with his therapist for at least 6 sessions and then we would re-eval. I have been to other places for PT but hands down, love Evan and Phil and their attention to detail. I have improved and my pain has decreased significantly. I felt like a patient and not a number; would highly recommend!

Burlingame not only took our pup last minute (and I mean LAST minute!) They cared well for her, let me visit in the evening, and even provided a free nail trim, knowing that we were from out of town. I was overwhelmed to tears by their generosity. I would recommend them in a heart beat.
This place is great, we took our dog in to find out about some severe itching and a possible UTI, the doctor helped us out with some stuff we could do at home for the itching that worked wonders and got our pup on some medication that's completely stopped her incontinence issue and we couldn't be happier. They're always pleasant to deal with and can't recommend them enough

Dr Schormann and staff at Gage Animal Hospital are wonderful! My cat had a sudden injury caused by human error after 4PM. After calling multiple vet offices in the surrounding area and being turned away Gage Animal Hospital saw him and treated him immediately. Dr. Schormann did not judge me(as I was judging myself). They provided care that included a minor procedure on the spot(less than 2 hrs before closing time). We found our new veterinarian and I will send my friends and family there too.
Amanda does an amazing job with my doggies! I searched for the right place for about a year a couple years ago, with some pretty bad experiences, my dogs both love her and they always look great, we are here to stay!
I have been taking my dog here for around 6 years. Pris is extremely knowledgeable and is a lifelong learner! I know if I have any questions on how to care for my dog Teddy’s coat or skin I can ask away! Teddy comes back from a groom smelling fresh and looking adorable! Teddy can be a bit nervous but loves getting groomed by Pris. I can count on Pris to keep Teddy healthy and happy! A true talent!

Had been having lower back pain for months. Went in for what I thought would be a "routine" massage, what I would normally get. BOY! Was I wrong. At first I thought her tactics were a bit odd, but my goodness Tammi worked wonders for my back pain. So much of it was gone! I hope to be back as a regular!

Kylie is the best massage therapist I have ever had! She is very intuitive and knowledgeable about massage. I came to her complaining of sciatica and I am very sensitive to deep massage techniques. Using gentle techniques, Kylie helped me get rid of my sciatica in one session. I traveled all the way from Manhattan to see her and will always go to her for help! Topeka residents! I rarely write reviews but this review is an easy one to write. After my son had knee surgery in April, he began PT with another facility in Topeka. Highly disappointed in their services and the progress he was making, I walked into Restore to check it out. Everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. I was even able to have a great conversation with one of the owners, Lisa.
My son started PT with them in June, days after that visit. The progress he made with Paul and their staff in 2 short months, and continues to make, is nothing short of amazing. The orthopedic surgeon was even impressed on his follow up appointment after changing to them.
I cannot type enough of a positive review and would give them a million stars if I could. Friendly, locally owned/operated, professional, honest, and all around good people. I will continue referring friends and family to Restore. Thank you to Paul, Lisa, and staff for the difference you have made.
