Preferred Plumbing emergency service went above and beyond when we were unable to contact an emergency plumber in Emporia. During an extremely cold night our water heater was gushing water from a side valve. Preferred Plumbing walked me through finding the shut off valve, as it was not in a typical location. When I wasn’t able to turn the appropriate valve, he helped me to find the main water valve. Once the water was shut off he was willing to travel to Emporia to complete the repair the following day. He continued communication via text to answer our questions late at night. We are very grateful for preferred plumbing and would highly recommend.
