Tech called first thing this morning & explained the miscommunication. He then came & placed bait stations around the garage. My only issue now is the customer support people who continually gave me incorrect information every time I called on Friday, causing me to sit & wait hpurs for a technician who had removed me from his schedule Friday morning.
Salesman was nice, verified termites in the garage, signed us up & told us to tell the tech to put bait stations between the patio & fence just to be sure there was no confusion. 2 days later a Terminix car pulled into the driveway & left. Excellent service with professional and friendly crew. The crew did not leave a mess for me to clean up and communicated concisely throughout the entire service. They removed all the old insulation in the attic and out in new insulation with bug guard in it to prevent pests from getting into the attic.
