“Beginner Children MMA: My thirteen year old daughter just finished her first month, she made a new friend as well as some new moves. This kind of training requires more practice than the once per week offered so be prepared to spend some time with your child going over the various moves, at least twice per week.The training techniques taught by Heston's are solid, classic maneuvers that can be very effective if self defense is ever needed, all you as an adult need to do is stay and pay attention. Then when you train, allow your child to show you what they have learned and work with fine tuning things.I am grateful that the cost is comparatively low and the quality of training high enough to keep my daughter wanting more.“
