Tim showed up exactly at 10:30 as expected. The very first thing he said was how nice my home was (even though laundry was set on the couch, the carpets were messy from the dogs, etc). He was so kind and professional and worked quickly. We will absolutely be using again, never need to explore any other carpet cleaning companies. He did my living room (pictured), our master bedroom (fairly good sized) and hallway all for under 250.00. Impressive.
Excellent communication, service, and attention to detail for a reasonable price. Tony was extremely easy to work with and provided us with upkeep and maintenance tips for our carpets. I highly recommend Steam Power if you are looking for a fantastic, professional service company to work with.
Very friendly people that run the company. They got back to me quickly and was able to fit me in faster than competitors. We bought a house a had them come clean our carpets. They look fantastic! Highly recommend and I will be calling them again for our future needs.
