We initially encountered a problem due to their wholesale provider sending (a) an incorrect part for the furnace; (b) an incorrect A/C unit different from the one ordered, and delivered to a wrong location; and (c) a faulty furnace. None of this was their fault and they didn't rest till they got it right, including driving from Topeka to Lawrence to personally pick up a new furnace. Although I hadn't requested it, they gave me a discount for the troubles I encountered with a 1-day job turning into a 3-day adventure. The technicians are polite, informative, and reliable.
