I’ll tell you what. I’m a big skeptic from spending a year in high school at a chiropractic with no results. I have chronic back, shoulder and neck pain when one goes out I’m down for weeks even months with shooting pain trying to work it out on my own. This morning the day before heading out of state for a vacation trip I did something working out and it was shooting pain and taking the breath out of me.
