“Okay, first the good news. The fence they installed is nicer than I expected. It’s far better than the one it replaced. Also, the price was as stated, even though they hit some rock and required some heavy machinery. I even got a nice refund as a veteran.
Not for the bad news. I have an in ground sprinkler system, that I told them about. I even marked each one along the fence line with little flags. I see no evidence that anyone paid any attention to those flags. Two heads are actually on the wrong side of the fence! I was able to cut out a piece of the fence, to allow the water to get into my yard. Another head was buried about 6” below the surface and is bent sideways. I’m having it repaired or replaced tomorrow! A second head was also buried, but I was able to uncover it and it’s essentially okay except for needing adjustment.
As I said, I love the fence but I think you guys can do better.”
