Don Scott and his crew are amazing. Honest, fair, knowledgeable and talented. We used Assurance Roofing to seal our skylights several times until we finally needed to replace them, which Assurance did expertly. It was incredibly hot while they were working but the crew did an excellent job installing 3 new skylights and cleaned up after the work very well. Our work was extensive and the charge was extremely reasonable. They were 5+ stars
Marshall and his team were very professional, good communicators, and delivered a quality product. Marshall's expertise in navigating the insurance claim process was invaluable. He coached me in negotiations with the insurance company in order to ensure that I received what was due under the insurance contract. The team is good at communicating expectations upfront and delivering on those expectations.
AE was amazing. Professional, reasonably priced, and thorough. And thanks to Steve Buren for going above and beyond explaining everything about the process to this complete newbie. Above and beyond!
