Tammy was great! She listened to my concerns and was intuitive about what my body needed as well. A much needed relaxing experience. I also recommend the craniosacral therapy for everyone now. It provided relaxation from head to toe with the sensation of cool gel running through all of your blood vessels at once. Amazing experience.

It’s therapy on several levels that takes into account many aspects of your health.Tammi takes the time to consult with you at the beginning of your session to find out what’s going on with you. For me, it's different each time; sometimes it’s stress that is a major factor, other times it’s muscle soreness from exercise. Tammi is able to employ a number of techniques depending on your need. Massage, Cranioscaral Therapy and visceral manipulation are some examples of services that have helped me.Plus, Tammi is just a very serene and caring person. Definitely the best and most effective massage therapist I’ve had. 5 stars!

Tammi is the best massage therapist I have ever been to. She is very knowledgeable and great at what she does. I highly recommend you book a massage with her. You will want to do it every week!
