The quality of services earns an A+ rating, with fantastic brow tinting that polishes brows to look absolutely fabulous and beautiful. The convenience of online booking is noted. The whole staff is great, making it a go-to place for a special treat.
I had a great experience with Hannah Schnacker. She was very professional and used a great technique for waxing eyebrows. The results were quite great too - definitely worth paying extra money at Ulta with Hannah.
My only complaint was the chair was uncomfortable, and it was unorthodox when it came to the eyebrow experience. I’m used to laying down in the chair instead of sitting up, which makes it less awkward for myself and for the technician. We switched to a chair in the back that was thankfully open. It could be beneficial if that chair was more accessible, because it would be a smoother and more efficient experience.
