Highly recommend! We have taken our dog, Chewy, here multiple times over the years. Both Dr. Cook and Dr. Brown were very kind and knowledgeable each time. Their staff has been great as well. We are thankful for all the care they have provided.
I truly can't recommend this clinic enough! From the moment that I walked in, everyone made me and my pets feel so welcome and cared for. Dr. Brown and Dr. Cook are absolutely amazing! Dr. Brown took the time to listen to any of my concerns, explained the medications and symptoms to look out for in a way that I could understand it, and made sure that my dog was comfortable the entire visit. Dr. Cook walked me trough the specifics of my dog's dental procedure and addressed any questions that I had. I was unable to get our quickly declining dog in with our primary vet so we scheduled an appointment same day with Dr Brown. She was incredibly caring and even called in to check on her daily. Unfortunately she continued to decline and we had to euthanize her. I cannot remember the vets name who performed the procedure (Dr brown was off that day) because I was so upset but she and the whole office were incredibly compassionate and respectful. I was allowed to hold her through the whole procedure and they offered a cozy blanket and a burial bag to bring her home in as we chose to bury her at home.
