Zip Heating and Cooling did a great job communicating with us through text and email reminders. Our technician, Eric, was prompt and professional. He checked our HVAC system and even fixed a problem we had with the filter fitting. We will use Zip again!!

Called this morning at 8am and they arrived within an hour or so. With the AC being out, I was beyond thrilled that they were able to make it out on the same day!Daniel Quinn was absolutely fantastic! He came out on time, located the issue, made the proper repair and was super informative throughout the appointment. He made sure I understood what was going on and what I can do on my end to help prevent the issue moving forward.He also gave me information about two different products, the REME-HALO Air Purification system and the HALO 5 water system. There is never a charge for estimates. New equipment installation is conducted by our highly trained technicians. We are located in Sellersburg, IN, and service the surrounding areas in southern Indiana and metro Louisville. We also are capable of handling large commercial HVAC projects, including RTU's and large duct systems, along with other sheet metal services.
