I arrived on 6/4 at 0700 for my apu to be repaired. Checked in with Terry(I think). He was very nice and took my information and let me know where to park and wait for a call. When called was told which bay to pull into where I met Matthew(I think) who was the mechanic. He was also very nice and informative. I explained what my APU was doing and showed him the video and he told me where I can go sit and wait while he was working on my APU. After figuring out what the problem was, which was the alternator he came in and informed me what needed to be done and that it was under warranty, went back out and he fixed it. Team here is extremely knowledgeable and works quickly on getting units repaired. Throughout my time working with TK and this specific location they have taught me how to understand the units better and have answered any questions I have, even when I have asked the same question multiple times! Highly recommend this location and the team here!
I've been to several thermoking for the same problem and these guy fix my apu and its been running the best since we had this truck. It not cutting off just to with in 3 to 5 min cutting right back on and running for hour on end. This is the best ThermoKing I have been to. Thanks guys I will be coming back for other pm on my refer and apu.
