Garrett who was dispatched to our call was great. Installed a new blower motor for our indoor unit and signed up for their maintenance program. Have been dealing with our home warranty company and another HVAC company that were giving us the run around and did not fix our system on their visit. Garrett came next day and got the job done correctly. We have AC again and is running great. 10/10 recommend them for HVAC services!

Our experience with Allegiance was outstanding. They were professional in every way. I knew the exact technician that was coming and when he was on the way. Jacob was extremely professional and courteous, while being friendly. He performed a very thorough investigation to help find the cause of some of our issues. He was very hesitant to suggest we fix something that would cost us money and not necessarily help the issue. He recommended a more affordable long-term solution and was very fair with pricing. I did not feel like we were being upsold on anything. Actually, it felt very opposite. Would recommend them to anyone!
