I had Mitch Craig Heating and Cooling mastic seal all of my trunk lines and replace one supply lead in the crawlspace and tape a return duct in the attic. The company gave me a free quote and the work needed was explained thoroughly to me. I later talked to Mitch about their service agreement so that was agreed to as well and all work was done on the same day. Brody did a great job explaining the “My Comfort” agreeement contact and serviced my unit and did a great job. Riley and Carver did the duct work and also did a great job explaining the work they did and showed me pictures of the final product. Highly recommend company to work with.

Our AC went out on a 90 degree day and I called Mitch’s and within an hour they showed up and were working on it. Treated me fair too. Mike and Tim were nice and I couldn’t ask for more than that.

We went with Mitch Craig on our new AC and furnace install. We had quite a few companies come and give us quotes. Mitch Craig's quote was very competitive, especially when you compared the quality of the unit he priced out as well as their reputation through google and BBB. They were not the lowest, but certainly not the highest, and I feely highly confident that we picked the right company to do the job. The installers were extremely professional and explained everything very well. They did a phenomenal job. I would 100% recommend them.
