For years I fought against having my hearing evaluated because I watched many family and friends struggle with this hearing aid syndrome thingy and In many cases these expensive little gadgets ended up in the back of a drawer with hearing no better and money wasted…No thank you! Then last Christmas my daughter and son-in-law came home for the holidays and I literally could not hear either of them as they are both quite soft spoken and it was such a shock that I realized this was the end of my excuses and I couldn’t put this off any longer. (Groan) A dear friend who also has hearing aids had mentioned she had found a really good audiologist, ya right, but I called Elkhart Audiology Rehab and made an appointment with Sharon Zastrow and dragging my heels off I went. The first surprise was how much information she gathered about me and my hearing experiences which then led to a thoroughly detailed testing of my hearing. All the while feeding me snippets of information about hearing loss. In the end Sharon put me into a pair of aids, I call them, “my ears” and I was delighted with how easy the process of reuniting my brain with the sounds I had lost was/is. Trust me when I say this was nothing like what I had watched so many others struggle through, nothing! I am now up to wearing “my ears” ten hours a day and the phone App helps me stay on track. So, let’s talk price…you can go to a discount store like Costco and for half of what I paid you get a set of aids but I have seen several, several friends who are so frustrated with still not being able to hear that those same aids are now in the back of that proverbial drawer and that money might as well be flushed away because what good has it gained you! I believe that my good hearing and lack of frustration over missing out on a hearing life is worth every penny spent! God love you Sharon and Jill for making my life and many other’s happier and more productive once more.

I just recently visited Ashton to get me and my son’s hair braided. Ashton listened to what we wanted and nailed it. My braids stayed in for a week, it would have been longer but I chose to take them out myself. We went on vacation with them and I even went under water a couple of times and they still looked great and they were tight. My son loved his braids as well. We will definitely be back in the future for more braids/hairstyles.
Just moved to the area and was referred to Refresh. Extremely happy with the service and prices. I get color (balayage), layers, bangs and also bring my teenage son. We are both very happy with the outcome! Will always come back.

I walked into this salon hoping to get a haircut I was unhappy with fixed. Kristy was busy with a client, but she asked Sham to help me and my fine, straight, fly-away hair. Sham didn't just look at me; she ran her fingers through my hair and told me exactly why the haircut was wrong for me and how she would fix it. I am very pleased with the result. Four days later, I had to give a little speech outside and a photographer was there from the newspaper. There was a strong breeze and I had to keep taking my mask on and off, but I knew I looked good because of Sham's very professional work; she does take her craft very seriously! I started going to Josh about a year & a half ago. He explained the entire process of a dry cut & why it was so much better for my hair. My regular barber is out of town on vacation. I needed a haircut bad so I stopped in here for a simple buzz cut. A gentleman by the name of Danny cut my hair and did some trimming around my beard to straighten out the mess I made of it.. I was extremely impressed with how much attention to detail he paid. I guess they have 5 barbers there total. Everyone was extremely polite and I certainly recommend them if you need a barber. Again, Danny was great, I’m sure all the fellas there are great too.
I've been to the Bristle St and Cass St location and both are very clean. The girls are very friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to answer any questions. They always mention their sales and promotions but are never pushy after you say no. I love Tiki Tan!

What a FUN experience! We brought a whole FamAlly group in for a mani/pedi day and the staff was so welcoming, patient, and accommodating with our large group of 11 people. My mom got her nails done at her friends and one of her finger was hurting really bad, due to the friend being out of city we couldnt go back to her friend to get the nail fixed. My home here in Elkhart was built in 1900, and over its 126-year history, the plumbing has become quite complicated. When my kitchen sink clogged, I decided to tackle the problem myself. As a DIY enthusiast, I first tried using my 25-foot drain snake, but it didn't solve the issue. I then attempted to clear the blockage through a cleanout access point in the basement, again without success.
At that point, I called Roto-Rooter. The technician they sent was outstanding. He used a 75-foot electric drain snake and initially pulled out nearly half a bucket of thick grease buildup. Although the drain clogged again shortly afterward, his second pass completely cleared the line. The water began flowing freely with no further issues.
To be thorough, he also ran the snake in the opposite direction from near the end of the line to ensure there were no additional obstructions. Throughout the process, he explained each step, answered my questions, and took all the necessary precautions. I was very impressed by his professionalism, expertise, and friendly demeanor.
I also appreciate Roto-Rooter's fixed pricing and their 30-day guarantee in case the drain clogs again. Based on the quality of his work, I doubt that will be necessary. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter. Their pricing is competitive with other plumbers in the area, and the service I received was excellent.

The installers did a good job and cleaned up afterwards, so didn’t leave a mess. Every person I dealt with from asking for a quote to taking my final payment was friendly and helpful. We chose a stage one furnace and their quote came in at the lower price of the three companies we asked quotes of. It is a Carrier furnace and we are happy with it.
Dave has come to my rescue multiple times, cleaning the tree roots out of my sewer line, which had backed up into my basement. He even responded to my request for advice on how to clean the floor drain in my basement. Dave is very knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommended!

The morning before Thanksgiving I lost power due to a tree falling on my service line and bending my riser. Moyer Electric was out a little after noon that same day so I could have power over the holiday. Affordable pricing as well. I am pleased with not only the friendly response but the work too. They didn't want me to go without power a couple of days so they fit me in their schedule.
Kudos to Roth Electrical !! Scott and another worker came out to add 5 new electric outlets, rewire some unsafe wiring in our breaker box , etc. They were prompt , friendly and not to expensive. We lost power along with hundreds of other customer in Elkhart County, we have been trying to get information on repairs from NIPSCO for days, we found out our neighboring businesses power had been restored. At this point its later in the evening and we though maybe the problem was internal. I left a phone message after hours with Final Phase and within 25 minutes Brian was calling me back, after giving him the detail of what was happening, he wanted to get a crew of guy on premise right away as the situation didn't sound safe to him. John and another electrician came out and found the issue which happen to fall on NIPSCO product on site. Brian help set up a temporary generator to help up get the business back up with 4 hours. He ordered the generator and a whole crew came out and nocked this project out in no time. Their concern for our need were above and beyond what I could have imagined they took care of everything and in addition were back on site several times just to make sure all was going well, I can't thank this group of guys enough. Reai customer service does still exist in Final Phase. Outstanding! Thanks so much Brian, John and the whole team nicely done!

Second time I have used them. This time the motor for my refer fan went down. This was by far the fastest solution. They fixed the problem and did some preventative maintenance on the motor. Less than 48 hr turn around I could not have been happier.

Reasonably priced too ********* !!! Updated review !!! Photos to prove - mind you these are not even all the issues! I only have photos of some items. My house is not big, it literally was empty and there were 2 cleaning people! Definitely did not do a good job on our home clean. I got a closer look at everything once I had more time and it definitely is not worth the money! Idk if they even use cleaning supplies or what. Or what they did for 4 hours. My floors were still dirty where I wiped them with a paper towel and it turned very brown! Dust still everywhere, windows were not clean like they were supposed to be…they were supposed to take the ease out of moving in and they made it miserable! My items were being moved into a NOT CLEAN house!

Dental work is not anyone's first choice of a way to spend their time but I've never had an unpleasant experience here. Dentists and assistants have come and gone over the years but everyone has been friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely interested in making sure I'm as comfortable as I can be while they work. The front office people are just as nice while I fumble around in my purse looking for my wallet or lose the calendar app on my phone while trying to schedule my next appointment. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

I don't know where to start to share how truly amazing this dental practice is! The care that they have taken of my elderly parents literally brings tears to my eyes --they are compassionate, so caring and gentle, and completely understanding of our situation. When a difficult decision needs to be made concerning their care, the staff is patient and so kind. I never ever feel pressured into having dental work done that may not be necessary. My husband and I were so impressed that we switched to their practice!
I thought I would give this place a chance and BOY was I wrong! I left there $144 poorer and hurting worse than when I came in. I called the office and they said "you are normally sore after an adjustment." I let them know I have been to a chiropractor before and I know what it feels like to be out of alignment and "just sore" from an adjustment. It felt like they didnt adjust, they just made it worse! They offered another appointment, of course at my own expense, but I REFUSE to go back their again! I went to spinal adjustment center and boy did I feel great when I left! And, it was $20 cheaper! I do NOT recommend this place!!
Dr. Bernard Musseleman and staff are awesome! I have really enjoyed my experience with them. Dr. Bernard is very personal able and listens to my pain issues.

My husband and I are traveling across the country. We happened to stay in Indiana for a couple of weeks. I was looking for a chiropractor in Elkhart, all of them will adjust only after the first appointment. We needed our adjustment on the spot.I called the office and quickly got scheduled. Dr Shirley is an amazing knowledgeable chiropractor with 20+ years of experience. He adjusted us right! Now I can turn my head like an own JK ?We were lucky to see him twice. Next time we are in Indiana we will definitely visit the doctor again!Thank you, Doctor!

I took my Hamster Leo here the day I noticed he had ‘wet tail’…I called every vet around my area and they all said they had a spot either the following week or until next month, I honestly couldn’t wait that long since wet tail can be very fatal for hamsters & I wanted to get Leo to a vet asap. Animal Aid Clinic South had an appointment available that very day :))! they were very friendly and took great care of my Leo. Thanks to Dr. Dean Leo is recovering well. I would definitely recommend Animal Aid Clinic south to anyone who has a hamster or any other small pets.
Staci is and has been the only groomer for my dog!! Ginger comes back so fluffy, smells great, and it lasts for days that way!! When I tell ginger she is going to Aunt Staci's, her ears go up, and she gets so happy!

This shop REALLY lives up to it's name! Sam is absolutely awesome with our 70 pound Golden Retriever who hates water! They genuinely care about the dogs and cater to their needs. If you're looking for a groomer, this is the one you need!
