Damage Restoration in Elkhart

“Two days after Towne had completed their great work (as indicated in the review below), I had to call them back because the original problem that they very successfully had completed after we all assumed that the issue had been resolved. As a result, the flooding occurred again. Not only did Towne come back in to re-restore the damage left, they helped resolve the problem with the original contractor. They are a company that cares about its customers! Special thanks to Todd, Faith, Daniel and Ben!

They completely mitigated the damage, walked us through our options, and worked with our insurance carrier to ensure we were covered.
