Eby's has always been very nice and have taken excellent care of me . I am 73 years old and crippled , they have never let me down , until this AM , I fell in the shower and could not get up , since I don't have any family or friends , I called Dan Eby Plumbing , and he had sent 2 of his guys , they picked me up like a baby , and walked me over to my bed . I don't know if service and customer care gets better than this ?
I can’t say enough good things about Eby Plumbing! Our air conditioner broke down on a Friday when it was over 90 degrees outside, and we were worried we’d have to go the entire weekend without AC.
They came out the same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, and even went back to their shop to get the parts needed for the repair. They stayed until around 6:00–6:30 that evening to make sure everything was fixed and our air conditioner was working properly before they left.
